Debonair Social Club

Debonair Social Club was Proper’s home room. 256 nights in our archive, from October 2015 to April 2023, more than any other venue, including The Liquid Lounge, The Prop House and THICC.

It was a late-night DJ club at 1575 N Milwaukee Ave in Wicker Park. In 2015 it also took in Neo’s nights after that club lost its Lincoln Park lease. Debonair closed for good in September 2023.
